All deliveries are made within approximately 3-4 hours from the time you call, but at least by closing time of the delivery point, depending on your need.

Rush Deliveries: Rush deliveries (within 2 hours) are available, please add 20% to the rate if RUSH is required. Rush deliveries only apply within the mapped area, but are chargeable should you want only your material on board.

Outside Mapped Area: You will notice our Base Delivery area map to the right. ALL DELIVERIES outside our mapped area will be an additional 10% added to the regular delivery charge. Should a pick up AND delivery be outside our mapped area, please add an additional 25% to our normal delivery charge.

MILEAGE RATES WILL APPLY UNLESS FREIGHT RATES ARE GREATER.

Messenger Deliveries beyond our mapped area will go as $1.65 per mile.
Larger Trucks will go as $1.95 per mile.

Deliveries past 60 miles will be charged a 20% return fee.

Late Day Pick-ups: Pick-ups required between the hours of 3:00pm and 7:00am will be charged 1.5 times the normal rate.

Specific Time Requests: Specific time requests for either pick-up or delivery will be rated as a rush delivery.

Overnight Holding: An additional charge will be assessed for shipments held overnight. We cannot be held liable for merchandise held overnight, and are held at shipper's risk.

Late Orders: if you order a pick-up late in the day, ensure the delivery point is open. This will help avoid extra charges of returning or overnight holding, etc.

Refused Delivery: If a delivery is not accepted, full rate will apply for delivery, and an additional one-half rate for return to originator.

Attempted Pick-up: If upon arrival for requested pick-up, the pick-up is cancelled for any reason, a minimum $45.00 charge for the attempt will apply.

Hand Loading/Unloading: Should we be required to hand load or hand unload ourselves, a rate of $45.00 per hour will apply and be added to the delivery rate.

Extra Stops: If a delivery requires more than one pick-up at different locations going to the final destination, a minimum of $45.00 will apply per extra pick-up added to the normal delivery cost.

Waiting Time: $30.00 hour

Saturday & Night Deliveries: 1.5 times normal rate.

Sunday & Holidays: 2 times normal rate.

Price Quotes: All prices quoted over the phone do not include the possible waiting time or unloading time. If that occurs, the charges will be added to the original quote.

Larger Truck Rates: A larger truck is defined as A) any truck required for weights 4,000 lbs. and up or B) if the pick-up, though not necessarily heavy, requires a 14-24 ft. van body or stakebed to fit the merchandise. The minimum rate for use of a larger truck is $95.00.

Lift Gates: Most of our trucks are equipped with lift gates, and there is no extra charge for their use. Exception: Lift gates required or requested for material under 600 lbs. will be charged an additional 20% of the rate.

Larger Truck Mileage Rate: $1.95 per mile.

Full Truck Use: Should the material to be delivered require the full bed of a 10 ft. to 14 ft. truck, a minimum of $125.00 will apply. For larger trucks, a minimum of $175.00 will apply. You will find this in situations of foam, bulky, or large materials, etc. that may weigh very little but require the full truck.

Cancellation Charge: If upon ARRIVAL at the pick-up point, the order is cancelled, a $85.00 fee will be charged for the large trucks. If cancellation is before arrival, no charge will be assessed.

Difficult Areas: Because of the difficult accessibility of many areas in Southern California such as Malibu, mountainous areas, hilly, narrow areas such as the Hollywood Hills, Pacific Palisades, etc. or mountain retreats et al, 25% will be added to the total price of the normal delivery rate.
